ECOC 2011 Optics Express Special Issue
Virtual Focus Issue, Dec. 12, 2011
This special issue in the OSA journal Optics Express edition dated December 12, 2011 was open to all authors of tutorial, invited, oral, poster and postdeadline papers of ECOC2011. The title and author list of the manuscripts submitted to the journal can be identical to the title and author list of the ECOC proceeding paper. However, the manuscript that they submitted to Optics Express had no peer review, thus substantial and/or significant new information to the 3-page paper which was originally submitted to the ECOC 2011 conference can be added.
It is envisioned that this ECOC2011-Optics Express Special Issue will become a standard reference for the optical communication field.
